Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for commercial HVAC equipment across Portugal and EU markets. This position combines strong engineering expertise, partner support, training delivery, and collaboration with service teams and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for commercial HVAC equipment (VRF, Multi-split, LCAC, Chillers) in EU market
- Analyse requests from partners and clients, including fault diagnostics and corrective action recommendations
- Select HVAC equipment using professional selection software; review calculations and system designs
- Develop technical and training documentation
- Conduct webinars, technical training sessions, and on-site seminars
