Responsibilities
- Ensure service jobs are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives
- Work in the service department, repair/ calibrate equipment and provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products
- Repair equipment with ideally zero return
- Site troubleshooting, repair and calibration
- Provide technical support to regional service center
- Optimize service process and asset utilization
- Recommend optimum inventory
- Ensure traceability of service work
- Conduct regional service training to internal Rohde & Schwarz stakeholders
- Evaluate new product service capability
- Comply to ISO 9001 standard requirement
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as‑needed basis
