Key Responsibilities Service & Maintenance Delivery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sites
- Support systems including compressors, chillers , cooling towers , water treatment systems, MAU and AHU
- Attend to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Ensure all servicing activities are completed in accordance with SOPs and service standards
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system performance and maintenance
- Maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Supervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance works
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs, and parts replacement
