Key Responsibilities
To provide timely and effective response and technical support to assigned projects
To assist with onsite troubleshooting, maintenance & repair work, as well as installation and commissioning of machines and equipment
Attend inspection works and make adequate explanation to customers for the technical issues
To support the Supervisor and/or Project Leader in all aspects of the project
To provide standby technical support for customer requirements
