$4,000–$4,500 + $80 Mobile reimbursement

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and solutions to stakeholders (service technicians, sales team, helpdesk, customers), including diagnosing equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting remotely or on-site
  • Support pre‑sales activities with technical and solutions expertise
  • Conduct training on products, software, and solutions for sales and service teams
  • Provide technical expertise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Visual Solution Products)
