Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of AM systems.
  • Providing of training and support for customer AM machine operators, both on site and remotely.
  • Scheduled service and maintenance for the Renishaw AM product line. This will include maintenance of and upgrades to electronic, mechanical, software and optical assemblies.
  • Customer repairs call out on site diagnostics, fault finding and calibration services.
  • Product testing, performance measurement, data collection and report writing.
  • Customer relationship management
  • Service visits to be carried out in a timely manner in line with company expectations.
  • Ensure expenses and timesheets are submitted on time.
  • Always adhere to PPE requirements.
