Job Description
- Conduct reactive maintenance on medical devices and equipment in laboratories and hospitals
- Perform preventive maintenance on laboratory and hospital equipment, as well as serviceable medical devices of any kind
- Install, check, test, rehabilitate, present, and demonstrate medical equipment
- Provide application support to clients and conduct over‑the‑phone troubleshooting
- Assess parts required for troubleshooting and maintain inventory records
- Travel and service equipment on a 24/7 on‑call basis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE Engineering
- Must be licensed
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
