Job Description

About the job Service Excellence Officer (Ubi)
  • Manage and act on public feedback promptly, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.

Support the implementation of service excellence initiatives, plans, and policies.

Liaise with internal departments/units to follow up on feedback and service matters.

Collate, monitor, and generate feedback statistics and reports for analysis.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Knowledge of public service operations and safety measures is an advantage.

Duration and Working Hours

42 hours per week
