Service Manager

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Truck Service Manager on behalf of our client, a specialized energy equipment company based in Dieppe, NB.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a highly specialized and in-demand sector, focused on the custom assembly, mounting, and servicing of fuel and propane delivery systems for commercial trucks. This is not a traditional mechanical shop — the team specializes in the “business end” of the truck, working with pumping systems and delivery equipment rather than engines or general repair.

You’ll oversee a small, experienced team while staying involved in the day-to-day work, supporting complex builds and working directly with customers to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
