Service Manager, CCTV and Access Control, Harlow
An established Fire & Security business with a strong presence across London is looking to appoint a Service Manager to lead and develop its maintenance operations.
This is a key leadership role, offering the chance to take ownership of service delivery, manage a team of engineers, and build strong client relationships across a varied portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of fire and security maintenance services, ensuring work is completed efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard. Working closely with engineers and clients alike, you’ll coordinate workloads, resolve technical issues where needed, and ensure service levels are consistently met. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, managing expectations, and driving improvements across the service function.
