Position Responsibilities Summary:

  • Responsible for after-sales service for all ECA China products, with primary focus on ESP while also covering other ECA products.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain effective communication, understand equipment operating conditions, and proactively identify potential service needs.

  • Coordinate with project managers of new-build projects to ensure proper project handover, and get involved during installation and commissioning stages to understand on-site conditions.
