Job Description

Manage the daily service operations and ensure services are delivered efficiently and on time.

Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the service team to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.

Develop and implement service procedures, standards, and policies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor service performance, response time, quality of work, and customer feedback.

Prepare service schedules, manpower allocation, and work assignments for the service team.
