Responsibilities
- AI Implementation: Architect and deploy ServiceNow AI offerings, including Now Assist (for CSM/ITSM), Virtual Agent, and Task Intelligence.
- Generative AI Development: Configure the Generative AI Controller to connect with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) and establish secure prompt engineering standards.
- Agentic Workflows: Build and tune AI Agents that can plan, call specific tools/flows, and execute actions autonomously within existing governance models.
- Workflow Automation: Design complex automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to connect AI insights to downstream execution (e.g., automated server resets or access provisioning).
- Platform Governance: Set guardrails and data policies for AI outputs to ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (GDPR/PDPA).
