Job Description
Conversational EnglishWorking knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and Single Sign-On (SSO) Integrations with ServiceNow, Java Scripting, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, HTTP, Database Technologies such as JDBC, SQL.
- Should have experience hands on experience in ITSM module good to have experience in HRSD module- Familiar with Agile for ServiceNow and have developed in ServiceNow Agile Methodology.
- Ability to upgrade ServiceNow instance versions, update patches as available.
- Ability to design new workflows/Flow designers and modify existing for service catalog.
- Ability to create or modify catalog items and order guides for service catalog.
- Ability to configure and design Service Now ESS portal.
- Modify, Add, Change Forms, Fields, UI Actions- Knowledge with integrating ServiceNow with external SOAP and REST based web services.
