The Claims Support / Service Officer III role provides high‑volume administrative support and plays an integral role in supporting national and regional business partners. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation while delivering a consistently strong customer experience. The role requires the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, respond promptly to inquiries, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to improve the speed and quality of internal operations.
