Identify and develop new business opportunities for service products (e.g., preventive maintenance contracts, calibration services, upgrades). Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities for service products (e.g., preventive maintenance contracts, calibration services, upgrades). Proactively engage existing customers to promote renewals, upsells, and value-added service offerings. Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and service proposals. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to close service sales opportunities.
Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers. Track and follow up on open quotes and ensure timely conversion to orders. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer operations and recommending solutions to improve uptime and efficiency.
