Le Service Sales Support & Uptime est responsable du développement des activités de vente de service (contrats de service, Volvo Connect, planification de service,…), tout en assurant une coordination efficace de la planification de l'entretien des véhicules et des interactions avec les clients. Ce poste contribue à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux grâce à un contact proactif avec les clients, à la planification des rendez-vous et au soutien des services liés à la disponibilité en étroite coordination avec les équipes internes et les clients Volvo.
