Northern Health is seeking a Service Support Analyst to join our Information & Technology Services department. Utilizing ITIL best practices, the Service Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support services, working with both internal and external parties to support clients and technologies. The role involves analyzing and diagnosing problems, formulating solutions that require considerable knowledge of both the technology and the end‑user setting. The analyst guides clients in the appropriate selection and use of technology to meet their evolving needs.
