Service Support Senior Coordinator

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

• Service Contract loading and tracking on Oracle.
• Managing invoices and on time submission to all customers.
• AR follow-ups on payments.
• Invoice reporting for tax filing.
• OPF and EPR creation for internal and external suppliers.
• Shipment handling for all service spares orders.
• Issuance of SR and CE assigning.
• Handling DPG warranty and ASP performance TAT.
• Handling spares inventory movement and replenishment.
• Handling warranty cases for 3 phase, thermal and monitoring items.
• Handling of repair cases for rectifier warranty.

Qualifications:

Required / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree at minimum with at least 5-7 years' experience.
