Service Support Senior Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to provide post‑sales engineering review and support for won projects in Australia and New Zealand. The role offers guidance and expertise on critical infrastructure projects, including the application and installation of Vertiv products and services, and support the approved third‑party vendors and internal teams to facilitate smooth deployment of major projects undertaken by the business.

Responsibilities

• Support Post Sales Engineering in daily administrative activities
• Maintain open and frequent communication with the Post Sales Engineering team to ensure priorities are set and expectations are clear
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the Post Sales Engineering such as maintaining SharePoint, raising CORs, following up internally for CORs and PO issuance
