Overview
We are seeking a motivated Service Support Specialist to join a fast-paced customer support environment. In this role, you will assist clients with benefits, payroll, and system-related inquiries while providing high-quality service and troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to benefits, payroll, and account support

+ Assist clients with Open Enrollment processes and Affordable Care Act (ACA) inquiries

+ Troubleshoot issues related to benefit plans, payroll configurations, and system errors

+ Schedule and lead virtual client meetings to walk through system updates and changes
