Job Description
The Contract Performance Management Office (CPMO) is a cross‑functional team responsible for overseeing the execution and monitoring of contractual commitments within Service. At the same time, CPMO plays a key role in ensuring the consistency and robustness of contract assumptions, bridging technical, commercial, and operational perspectives throughout the contract lifecycle. Working closely with Service Sales, Service Operations, Finance, and Legal, the department supports alignment between commercial commitments and operational capabilities and contributes to informed, data‑driven decision‑making.
