Service Technician

Overview

We are looking for experienced PDI service technicians (qualified to work in NZ) to join the team. The role is permanent full‑time, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and overtime available. Your salary package will include competitive hourly rates ranging from NZ$38 to NZ$50 per hour depending on skill level, plus a tool allowance and a matched KiwiSaver contribution if eligible. We provide extensive training and uniforms.

Key Tasks

• To provide high‑quality trade skills to ensure equipment is prepared to the customer’s requirements and Komatsu’s high standards.
• Perform trade related tasks on earthmoving equipment.
• Provide skilful and effective machine diagnostics and repairs.
• Test and adjust machine operating and monitoring systems using relevant literature and testing equipment.
• Organise and complete all necessary job and work site paperwork.
