Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on motor vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
- Repair and replace defective vehicle components and parts.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repair work.
- Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools effectively.
- Carry out servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate service records and job reports.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness and comply with workplace safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
- Able to independently diagnose and repair vehicle faults.
- Familiar with automotive diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.
