Job Description

Your tasks will be:


  • IT support by telephone and e-mail

  • Problem analysis and resolution

  • Remote user support

  • Incident processing and solution as well as documentation in the ticket system

  • Installation and training of the software at the customer’s site

  • Preparation of task-specific technical documentation
  • You have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Desirable: Vocational training in the IT sector

  • Optimally first experiences in the User Help Desk

  • Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, Linux, Microsoft Office, Exchange

  • Basic knowledge of network technology

  • Experience in configuring network drives and printers
