Responsibilities

• Repair, assembly and troubleshooting of Husky hot runner and controllers
• Provide observations, feedback, measurement data, and recommendations to factory support for next actions toward resolution and warranty determination
• Lead small group training session at customer facilities focused on hot runner and controller maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting
• Review molding process parameters to optimize part quality and overall mold performance
• Complete service reports to document hours, observations, and results
• Support customers remotely via phone and email
• Provide service estimates as well as support the collection of purchase orders from customers for support provided
