Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
  • Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs or replacement of defective components.
  • Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support.
  • Configure and test security systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each service visit.
  • Provide quotations and recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrading works.
  • Ensure all work activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain proper handling and usage of tools, equipment, and materials.
