Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones, laptops, and desktops to restore device functionality
  • Replace components, install software, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot system errors to ensure optimal device performance
  • Assemble, test, and maintain PC systems to meet quality and operational standards
  • Conduct quality checks on repaired devices to ensure high repair standards are met
