Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced and thorough Service Technician to join our service team at one of our DFW-area communities. You'll play a key role in providing top-quality care for our apartment community and residents' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on community areas and apartment homes to meet company standards, including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing work.
• Respond promptly to service requests and assist in completing make-readies for vacant units.
