enhancing technical and soft-skill training programs for EV service personnel across the network. This role ensures that service technicians, customer support staff, and dealership personnel are well-versed in the latest EV technologies, diagnostics, repair procedures, and safety protocols. The objective is to enhance service quality, reduce turnaround time, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence in the aftersales ecosystem for 2-wheeler EVs.
