Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Administrator to manage, support, and
maintain the Service Now platform for assigned clients. The role requires strong hands-
on administration skills, production deployment leadership, and the ability to provide
reliable on-call support in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Incident, Request, and Problem Management
o Assist in addressing and resolving Service Now-related incidents, service
requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
o Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and support processes.
Production Deployments
o Lead and execute deployments into production environments during
business hours as well as outside of standard business hours when
required.
o Coordinate deployment activities to minimize business impact and ensure
successful releases.
