ServiceNow Architect Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Contract: 12 Months We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions within a complex financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to enterprise standards and roadmaps. Design and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM and related modules. Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural oversight throughout project lifecycles. Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, data imports, and enterprise monitoring tools. Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, compliance, and operational stability. Drive CMDB, CSDM, data quality, workflow, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog best practices.
