Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to be focused in ITAM, both SAM & HAM. Helping to create the roadmap and ITAM solutions for key clients across Canada.
What will you be doing
- Collaborating closely with clients, leadership and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
- Utilize your knowledge & work projects focused on ITAM, while also working broadly across the board
- Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
- Work on SAM Pro & HAM Pro implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
- CSDM alignment to ensure all Assets support ITOM health
