Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s CMDB environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, CSDM, governance, integrations, and data quality management, along with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

CMDB Design & Architecture
Design, develop, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB data model aligned with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards
Define CMDB governance, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Establish data normalization and reconciliation strategies
Architect integrations between CMDB and other ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and ITOM, as well as third-party systems
