Development and configuration of ServiceNow (e.g. workflows, integration, portal)
Automation of business processes and operational tasks
Consulting of internal teams as expert for ServiceNow functionality & best practices
Requirements engineering and communication of the solution
Programming and coordination of external partners
Support for the existing ServiceNow developments, patch and upgrade management for the platform
Quality assurance and source code management
The knowledge I own:
Studies or training with a focus on information technology
Solid knowledge of JavaScript
Excellent English language skills
Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, AngularJS, Flow Designer)
