Job Summary
Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 4–5 years' experience to design, develop, and enhance platform solutions, workflows, and dashboards to support business needs;
The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and exposure to automation and DevSecOps initiatives.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
- Experience in ServiceNow development & customization (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, workflows, business rules, UI components);
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Experience with REST API and SOAP web services.
- Experience in system / tools integration;
- Experience in data wrangling, cleaning, transformation, and integration;
- Familiarity with scripting/programming (Python, Unix Shell, PowerShell, JavaScript);
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, etc.)...
