Role Overview We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to act as the technical lead for platform configuration across a complex multi-module transformation programme. The Lead Developer owns complex workflow design, module architecture, and upgrade-safe configuration standards, overseeing mid-level developers and ensuring technical quality across all build activities. 
Key Responsibilities Serve as technical lead for all platform configuration activities across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD and CMDB modules.
