Job Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with experience in platform support, incident management, and ServiceNow operations. The role involves handling incidents, supporting service requests, coordinating releases, monitoring platform performance, and ensuring smooth deployments following ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and troubleshoot incidents within the ServiceNow platform and ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle service requests, enhancements, and coordinate with L3/development teams when required.
  • Raise and manage change requests following change management and CAB approval processes.
  • Support release management including deployment, release notes, rollback planning, and post-deployment validation.
  • Monitor platform health, system logs, and integrations across Production, UAT, and SIT environments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-impact incidents.
