We are seeking a driven ServiceNow Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ServiceNow in Serco. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we grow our in-house team, expand our use of ServiceNow across the business, and transform users’ ways of working.


As part of this you’ll:
Implement and configure a range of modules to meet business requirements
Participate actively in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, project meetings and customer sessions
Ensure development and configuration activities are delivered within provided estimates, meeting commitments to stakeholders
Drive ServiceNow change initiatives from initiation to completion
