Job description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support the configuration and evolution of the platform as part of a strategic. 
Configure ITSM and ITOM capabilities. 
Design and enhance service requests (catalog items, approval flows, fulfillment workflows). 
Develop custom applications using App Engine. 
Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer, including orchestration of approvals and fulfillment. 
Design and maintain integrations in an on premise setup (IntegrationHub Spokes, MID Server coordination, network/firewall constraints, connection & credential aliases, error handling/retries). 
Ensure platform performance, compliance, and health in an on premise environment (patching/upgrades coordination, monitoring, data integrity, access control). 
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
