ABOUT THE JOB



  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and usability across all environments.

  • Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation.

  • Manage support for incidents and provide timely resolution.

  • Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades.

  • Oversee instance security, including user/group access, administration, and access control lists.

  • Provide configuration assistance and support to developers.

  • Collaborate within an Agile Safe environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Ensure effective management of cloud-based platforms.

  • Utilize expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM.

  • Administer and support additional ICT systems and Jira as required.
