Job Description
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow functional consulting/business analysis roles. Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Case Management module. Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and frameworks. Proven business analysis and requirement gathering experience. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills. Experience in strategic planning and solution consulting. Strong presentation and communication skills. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
