- Manage HRSD project implementations from requirements to delivery
- Act as a ServiceNow HRSD domain expert for client transformation

- Support pre-sales by demonstrating solutions and scope
- Guide integrations and deliver insightful reports to HR teams
Requirements
- 4–6 years of consulting experience, 2+ years in ServiceNow HRSD
- Recommended ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HRSD)
- Proficiency in managing complex HR workflows
- Familiarity with Employee Journey Management systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
