HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM OOB processes end-to-end, including: Procurement intake / ordering alignment, Stockroom setup and inventory operations, Asset allocation / deployment / assignment, Maintenance / refresh, Retirement / disposalConfigure and manage Stockrooms, Transfer Orders, inventory movement, asset check-in/check-out, and related inventory controls.Set up and govern Hardware Models, Model Categories, Manufacturers, and standardization rules.Ensure hardware asset records align appropriately with CMDB CIs where applicable (data quality, duplication controls, lifecycle alignment).Support operational readiness through runbooks, documentation, and stakeholder training for asset teams.SAM (Software Asset Management) – OOB ImplementationImplement and configure ServiceNow SAM OOB capabilities including software model/catalog setup, normalization concepts, entitlement tracking, and license/compliance repo...Apply for This Position
