Experience 10+ Years 
Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions  including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. 
Integrate Discovery and Service Mapping with CMDB  to ensure accurate service and configuration data. 
Configure and customize patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Servers . 
Troubleshoot and optimize Service Mapping and Discovery performance . 
Collaborate with technical teams to align ITOM solutions with business and operational needs. 
Support escalation handling and ensure ITOM processes align with Incident, Change, and Problem Management . 
Skills & Requirements 10+ years IT experience  with 8+ years in ServiceNow  and 5+ years in ITOM .
