Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Specialist to manage and support the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments.

This role will focus on platform administration, user support, performance optimization, and governance , ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable ServiceNow ecosystem. You will act as a key liaison between users and technical teams while driving platform health and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day ServiceNow platform operations across environments
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and availability
  • Perform system administration , including configurations, form updates, workflows, and UI policies
  • Handle user management, roles, groups, and ACLs
