This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our office at Markham, ON.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Experience in Canadian P&C insurance industry
- ಊ+ years experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, App Engine, etc.)
- Experience with Platform support, minor enhancements and change projects
- Commercial Insurance domain experience
- Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.
- Above average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-team environment.
