ServiceNow Solution Architect

We’ve partnered with a large enterprise organisation in the UAE looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale platform architecture across multiple ServiceNow domains.

This is a senior leadership role focused on platform strategy, governance, architecture, and large-scale transformation delivery within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years overall IT experience
• 7–10+ years hands‑on ServiceNow architecture experience
• Strong enterprise architecture and governance background
• Deep experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, App Engine, CMDB/CSDM
• Experience leading multi‑domain ServiceNow programmes at enterprise scale
• Strong integration architecture experience across SAP, HR, Finance, Security platforms
• Experience within SAFe delivery environments
• Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory
