Job Description
At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in ServiceNow testing.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules.
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a must.
Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with API testing, performance testing, and security validation.
ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, ATF) are a plus.
