Services Coordinator

Focused on Transportation, cafeteria, and employee services.


Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding process for hourly workers
Provide support to hourly employees with their inquires related to HR services
Constant communication with employees to facilitate a good work environment.
Monthly report of activities regarding the area of Employee Services.
Support plant events.
Responsible to specific reports the Cafeteria and Transportation Services


Experiences/Education - Required

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations or equivalent qualification/experience


Experiences/Education - Desired

At least 0 - 2 years of HR experience.
Experience with administering Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
